Private market deals do not open on a schedule. When we identify an opportunity, here is how it unfolds.
The deal is posted in the Private Markets section of the app with details about the company, its valuation, and the investment terms. If you are interested, you submit an Indication of Interest, or IOI. This is completely non-binding. You are simply signalling that you might want to invest a certain amount if the deal goes through. This helps us understand whether there is enough interest to proceed.
Once sufficient interest is gathered, the deal is finalised. The price per share is locked. An investment window opens for seven to ten days. During that window you review the deal documents, confirm your amount, sign digitally in the app, and the money is deducted from your Vested balance.
After the window closes, the SPV is formally created and your units are allocated, typically within two weeks.
| Stage | Timeline |
| Submit Indication of Interest | Anytime |
| Deal goes live | 2 to 4 weeks after sufficient interest |
| Investment window | 7 to 10 days |
| Units allocated | Around 2 weeks after deal closes |
