Referrer Terms and Conditions

Through the “Global Investing” Referral program via Vested, registered users of “Global Investing” and Vested may invite friends to sign up for a “Global Investing” account (Global Investing refers to accounts of Vested Finance IA or VF Securities BD or Vested Finance Private Limited) by sending them an invitation via the Global Investing interface. Please note that US Stocks are offered through the affiliated Broker/Dealer VF Securities, Inc. (member of FINRA/SIPC).

  1. Client responsibilities
    • This program intends for you to invite others to open a Global Investing account by utilizing the referral link and sharing tools provided. Whenever and wherever you refer a friend under the Program, any additional statements you make about our investment services must be consistent with the content and materials provided by “Global Investing” and truthful, accurate, factually supported, and not misleading
    • Any modification or efforts to bypass, manipulate, obscure, or otherwise modify the delivery and precise presentation of the referral link, sharing tools, content, disclosures, or other materials and instructions provided by “Global Investing” will be considered a violation of these terms.
    • To the extent you decide to post your referral link on any third-party website or platform, such as a social media website, you must also comply with that third party’s terms of use. In this manner, the referral link should only be used to contact known friends, family, or contacts and not as a general solicitation for “Global Investing’s” services.
    • You also acknowledge and accept that the friends you refer will be able to tell that you have a “Global Investing” account.
    • You must not hold yourself out as an employee or representative of “Global Investing”.
    • Please send invites only to people who will be glad to receive them.
    • You are prohibited from being involved with the referred account once the referral is complete. In particular, the referrer must agree not to:
      • Assist with the preparation of the referred client’s “Global Investing” account.
      • Train clients to use the “Global Investing” platform.
      • Maintain any relationship with the referred client regarding the referred client’s “Global Investing” account, including trading in the account.
      • Distribute advertising materials about”Global Investing” without “Global Investing’s” prior approval.
      • Gather or provide “Global Investing” with client applications or supporting materials.
      • Refer their own accounts.
  2. Eligibility
    • Your participation in the “Global Investing” Referral program is subject to your agreement to the terms outlined here and adherence to truthful and accurate representations of “Global Investing’s” services. If you do not accept any such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease participation in the program.
    • To participate in the program, you must be a registered “Global Investing” user. You must have completed the KYC process for US Stocks.
  3. Program Overview
    • Invitation Process
      • Referrers can invite friends using the “Global Investing” interface, utilizing a referral link and sharing tools provided on the “Global Investing” platform.
    • Successful Referral Criteria
      • A “Successful Referral” is a new individual (“referee”) who has signed up to “Global Investing” using the unique designated link or code from your invitation and meets the below criteria:
        • The individual must deposit at least $50 to their US Stocks brokerage account within 30 days of signing up.
      • This offer is valid only for new individual accounts with “Global Investing”.”Global Investing” is not responsible for your referees’ incorrect entry or other failures to meet the standards of a “Successful Referral.” You cannot earn referral rewards for referring individuals who already have a “Global Investing” account or those referred by someone else. Accounts opened with the same Tax ID/PAN or mobile numbers of existing “Global Investing” accounts are not considered Successful Referrals. If two or more individuals invite the same individual via “Global Investing’s” referral program, “Global Investing” will credit the referral bonus to the person whose referral link was used to complete the signup process.
    • Referral bonuses
      • Referrers will earn a one time $10 bonus as soon as the referee completes their first $50 deposit successfully.
    • Redeeming the referral earnings
      • Earnings can be redeemed for a minimum of 5 USD.
      • A referrer can earn a maximum of 1500 USD per year from global products made by their Successful Referrals.
      • Redemption requests for USD will be processed in batches, with a maximum of 150 USD per batch if the redemption amount exceeds 150 USD. Each batch will be processed once a day.
      • Redemption requests for USD will be made to your US Stocks brokerage account.
  1. Program Modification and Termination  
    • “Global Investing” reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time, to alter or limit the type or amount of bonuses you are eligible to receive, and to refuse or recover any promotion award if “Global Investing” determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, or that any terms of the Brokerage or Advisory Agreement have been violated.
    • “Global Investing” reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify this program and/or these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. 
    • You are deemed aware of and bound by such changes by your continued access to or participation in the program. 
    • We will indicate that changes have been made by presenting these terms and conditions at the time of your referral, anytime after an update to these terms and conditions.
  2. Restrictions on participation
    • It is important to note that U.S. tax residents/citizens or individuals currently residing in the United States are not eligible to participate in the “Global Investing” Referral Program.
    • Additionally, referrers must not operate a “place of business” where they regularly provide investment advisory services, solicit, meet with, or otherwise communicate with clients in any manner that is held out to the public in the U.S. This ensures compliance with regulatory standards and “Global Investing’s” operational policies.
    • You agree to limit the information you provide in connection with the referral to the referral web page and content provided by “Global Investing”.
  3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
    • In referring friends to open a “Global Investing” account, you are acting on behalf of “Global Investing” and under the supervision and control of “Global Investing” and hereby agree to perform duties under these terms and agreements in a manner consistent with “Global Investing’s” instructions.
    • You agree that your participation in the “Global Investing” Referral program will conform to the terms contained herein as well as the provisions of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, 15 U.S.C. § 80b-1, and the rules there under.
    • Your Advisory Agreement with “Global Investing” governs our investment advisory relationship with you and these terms and conditions here do not in any way amend, supersede, change, or replace your Advisory Agreement.
    • This promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferable.
    • Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and agreements, or the breach thereof, shall be settled and subject to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its rules then in effect, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Arbitration must be commenced by service of a written demand for arbitration or a written notice of intention to arbitrate upon the other party. Any such arbitration shall be held in the city and state where “Global Investing’s” principal office is located at the time such arbitration is commenced. The parties agree that there shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis, and you expressly waive any right to bring a class action lawsuit or arbitration against “Global Investing”.
    • Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with the receipt of a cash reward before enrolling.

Your participation in the “Global Investing” via Vested Referral Program is a testament to your agreement with these terms. You hereby represent that: (1) you are not subject to any statutory disqualification set forth in Sections 203(e) and 203(f) of the Investment Advisers Act (or any amended or replacement regulatory provision(s)); (2) you are not currently the subject of any investigation or proceeding which could result in statutory disqualification; and (3) you do not have a “place of business” at which you regularly provide investment advisory services, solicit, meet with, or otherwise communicate with clients, or any other location that is held out to the general public as a location at which you provide investment advisory services, solicit, meet with, or otherwise communicate with clients in any U.S. state. If you cannot accurately make the preceding representations, you may not participate in the “Global Investing” Referral program. If you are currently participating in the “Global Investing” Referral program and the preceding representations become inaccurate, you agree to inform “Global Investing” at globalinvesting@vestedfinance.co immediately.
