Offer Period

The “Spin to Win Big” offer is valid from 12:01 AM IST on 13th November 2024 to 11:59 PM IST on 30th November 2024.

Overview

Eligible Vested users who make qualifying deposits in their US Stocks account have a chance to spin the wheel for a reward. Each spin offers a randomly assigned bonus, with possible prizes outlined below:

Wheel Rewards:

• $5 extra deposit credit
• $10 extra deposit credit
• $15 extra deposit credit
• $20 extra deposit credit
• $30 extra deposit credit
• $50 extra deposit credit

Reward Disbursal

1. Crediting of Rewards
   Rewards will be credited within three (3) working days following the end of the offer period. All rewards will be deposited into the user’s Vested account, specific to their US Stocks balance or stock holdings (for stock-based rewards).
2. Reward Allocation
   
   1. • Rewards are determined randomly at the time of each spin. The selected reward is final, and users may not exchange, trade, or transfer the reward for cash or alternative benefits.
3. Reward Processing
   
   1. • Vested reserves the right to adjust the disbursal timeline in case of technical delays or regulatory requirements. Participants will be informed of any changes.
      • In case of reward duplication due to a system error, only one reward per qualifying spin will be honored, with duplicates removed.

Terms & Conditions of Participation

1. Exclusive Participation
   This offer is limited to one eligible user, playing upto 5 times, however only latest winnings will be considered. Rewards earned through the “Spin to Win Big” offer cannot be combined with any other Vested promotions or offers.
2. Non-Transferability
   All rewards (bonus deposits and stock-based bonuses) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other form of compensation.
3. Eligible Users Only
   Only direct customers are eligible to participate in this offer. Users who do not meet these criteria or are found to be using the platform through third-party accounts will be disqualified.
4. Fraud Prevention and Disqualification
   
   1. • Vested reserves the right to disqualify any participant it suspects of engaging in fraudulent activity, such as using duplicate accounts or manipulating the deposit process to gain multiple spins beyond the allowable limit.
      • Any suspected abuse of the offer will result in forfeiture of rewards, and in extreme cases, suspension of the account.

Modification and Termination of Offer

3. Interpretation of TermsIn case of ambiguity or disputes related to the offer’s interpretation, Vested reserves the right to make the final decision. By participating in this offer, users agree that Vested’s decisions will be binding.
