The Fund is an internally managed closed-end fund whose investment objectives are preservation of capital, the attainment of reasonable income from investments, and an opportunity for capital appreciation. The Fund invests in a blend of high-quality, large-cap companies. The Fund seeks to generate returns that exceed its benchmark and consistently distribute dividend income and capital gains to shareholders. The Fund may invest up to 20% of assets in commodities (other than physical commodities), including swaps.
