AllianceBernstein Global High Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to seek high current income. Its secondary investment objective is capital appreciation. The Fund Invests primarily (and without limit) in corporate debt securities from United States and non-United States issuers, as well as government bonds from both developing and developed countries, including the United States. The Fund may invest in debt securities denominated in United States dollars or Non-United States currencies. The Fund, under normal market conditions, invests substantially all of the Fund's net assets in lower-rated bonds, but may also invest in investment-grade and unrated debt securities. The Fund invests in various sectors, including corporates-non-investment grade, corporates-investment grade, emerging markets-corporate bonds, and collateralized loan obligations.
