About Allspring Income Opportunities, ETF

Allspring Income Opportunities Fund (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks a high level of current income. The Fund may, as a secondary objective, also seek capital appreciation to the extent consistent with its primary investment objective. The Fund, under normal market conditions, invests at least 80% of its total assets in below-investment-grade (high yield) debt securities, loans and preferred stocks. These securities are rated Ba or lower by Moody’s or BB or lower by S&P, or are unrated securities of comparable quality as determined by the sub adviser. The Fund may invest in below investment-grade debt securities of any credit quality, however, it may not purchase securities rated CCC or below at a time when 20% of the Fund's total assets are already held with such a rating. The Fund invests in various sectors, including communication services, utilities and advertising. The Fund's investment adviser is Allspring Funds Management, LLC. more
