Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest substantially all of its assets in the underlying ETFs, which seek to provide investors with returns (before fees and expenses) that match the price return of spot bitcoin, up to a predetermined upside cap, while providing downside protection (before fees and expenses) against 100% of the negative price return of Spot bitcoin (before total fund operating fees and expenses), over a defined one-year outcome period.
