Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Domestic Debt Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek a high level of current income, with a secondary investment objective of long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its managed assets in emerging markets domestic debt. The Fund invests in the Institutional Class of the Morgan Stanley Institutional Liquidity Funds - Treasury Securities Portfolio, an open-end management investment company managed by the Adviser. The Fund's sector allocation includes Sovereign, Quasi-Sovereign, Derivatives, Corporate Bond, Pledged Cash, FX, Other and Cash & equivalents. The Fund invests in various countries, including Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Brazil, Indonesia, Turkey, Colombia, Hungary and South Africa.
