About Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets income Fund, ETF

Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to maximize total return, which consists of income on its investments and capital appreciation. The Fund normally will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in Emerging Markets Securities. The Fund considers emerging market countries as those countries identified by the World Bank Group as being low-income economies or which are included in a J.P. Morgan emerging market bond index. The Fund's investments may include, among other things, sovereign debt obligations, corporate debt securities, structured notes, convertible securities, securities issued by supranational organizations, floating rate commercial loans, securitized loan participations, restricted securities and non-United States currencies. The Fund's investment adviser is Virtus Alternative Investment Advisers, Inc. more
