Nuveen Real Asset Income and Growth Fund (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to deliver a high level of current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in real asset-related companies across the world and in capital structure, including common stocks, preferred securities and debt. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in equity and debt securities issued by real asset-related companies located anywhere in the world. The Fund generally invests in equity and debt securities issued by real asset-related companies located anywhere in the world in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. The infrastructure sector includes investments related to the energy, telecommunications, utilities and materials sectors. The real estate sector includes investments in real estate companies.
