(the Fund) is a non-diversified, limited-term closed-end management investment company focused on next generation mobile network connectivity and technology. The Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation and income. In pursuit of its investment objectives, the Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities issued by the United States and non-United States companies, in any market capitalization range, that are relevant to the theme of investing in next generation companies.
