Nuveen New Jersey Quality Municipal Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide current income exempt from regular federal and New Jersey income tax, and to enhance portfolio value relative to the municipal bond market by investing in tax-exempt municipal bonds that the Fund’s investment adviser believes are underrated or undervalued or that represent municipal market sectors that are undervalued. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in investment grade municipal securities that, at the time of investment, are rated within the four highest grades (Baa or BBB or better) by at least one NRSRO or are unrated but judged to be of comparable quality by its investment adviser and/or its sub-adviser. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its managed assets in municipal securities that pay interest that is taxable. The Fund's investment adviser is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC. more
