NXG Cushing Midstream Energy Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to obtain a high after-tax total return from a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of Managed Assets in a portfolio of midstream energy investments. The Fund invests up to 20% of its Managed Assets in investments other than midstream energy investments, including equity securities of issuers other than midstream energy companies. The Fund invests in Canadian Midstream, Crude Oil & Refined Products, Cryptocurrency Miners, Electrical Power Equipment, Engineering & Construction, Exploration & Production, Integrated Oil, Large Cap Diversified C Corps, Natural Gas Gatherers & Processors, C-Corps, Renewable Generation, Renewable Generation, Refiners, Solar Equipment, and Utilities.
