Cohen & Steers Limited Duration Preferred and Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is high current income. The Fund’s secondary investment objective is capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by the United States and non-United States companies. The Fund also invest in common stocks, government securities, mortgage- and asset-backed securities, and municipal securities. It invests in various sectors, such as banks, electric, energy, investment banker/broker, insurance, and others. The Fund's portfolio is spread across areas, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Switzerland, Australia, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Finland, and Japan.
