Wasatch Pharmaceutical, Inc., a development stage company, engages in the development of technology for the treatment of skin disorders that include acne, eczema, and psoriasis in the United States. The company also established prototype clinics to duplicate the success rates achieved in the clinical environment and to establish medical, business, and administrative procedures that duplicate the Internet network of patients, doctors, and company owned clinics. Wasatch Pharmaceutical was organized as a Utah corporation under the name Ceron Oil Company in 1980. The company changed its name to Ceron Resources Corporation in 1981 and later to Wasatch Pharmaceutical, Inc. in 1996. Wasatch Pharmaceutical is based in Addison, Illinois. more
