What are OTC securities? OTC securities are over-the-counter (OTC) securities that are traded through a network of broker-dealers (as opposed to a centralized exchange such as NYSE or NASDAQ). OTC stocks typically cover foreign companies, ADRs, and some smaller companies that do not meet exchange listing requirements.
OTC securities enables you to invest in:
- Cryptocurrency asset class through Grayscale Trusts (GBTC, ETHE, LTCN, etc.)
- Select European companies such as Roche Holding, Adidas, BASF, or Heineken
What’s available through the Vested platform? OTC securities are available to both premium and basic subscribers of Vested who have All Access Account.
