The world’s top institutions leave footprints every time they trade. Now you can invest alongside them.
Guru Portfolios is a new category of Managed Portfolios informed by selected publicly disclosed stock holdings of some of the world’s biggest institutions and the portfolio managers behind them.
The first three portfolios we bring are based on publicly disclosed stock holdings of Berkshire Hathaway, Alphabet Inc., and Gates Foundation, with more investor-led strategies to follow.
Publicly disclosed holdings, turned into managed strategies
Institutional investment managers report certain holdings through SEC Form 13F filings. These disclosures offer a window into part of their portfolios.
Guru portfolios give you a way to invest in selected companies from these disclosures through a structured portfolio managed by the investment research team at Vested.
Managed by Vested
The portfolios are not accounts managed by the referenced investors. Vested independently constructs, manages, and rebalances each portfolio based on its own methodology, diversification, and risk parameters.
The referenced investor provides the public disclosure that informs the strategy. Vested manages the portfolio you invest in.
Updated as new holdings are disclosed
Institutional holdings are disclosed periodically, not in real time.
The portfolios are rebalanced following each new quarterly filing cycle. Since Form 13F filings can be submitted up to 45 days after the end of a quarter, the holdings reflected in a portfolio may be up to approximately 45 days old at the time of rebalance.
This means the portfolios should not be viewed as real-time copies of an investor’s current holdings or transactions.

The fine print
Form 13F provides a partial view of an institutional investor’s holdings. It does not capture every investment, position, transaction, cash holding, short position, or subsequent change in strategy.
The portfolios are independently managed by Vested and are not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the referenced investor or investment manager.
Any performance shown for these portfolios represents the performance of the Vested-managed portfolio and not the performance of the referenced investor or investment manager.
