Referee Terms and Conditions
This offer is valid only for new individual accounts with “Vested” (Vested refers to accounts of Vested Finance IA or VF Securities BD or Vested Services Private Limited). The referring friend who sent you this invitation is a Vested client and has done so through the Vested Referral program. This invitation does NOT constitute a statement of your friend’s experience with, or endorsement of, Vested.
- Eligibility
- To participate in the bonus offer, you must (1) sign up as a Vested user using a valid referral link or code, (2) be KYC-approved, and (3) fund or invest in your account with your funds within a specified time of 30 days from signing up on Vested.
- Referral bonus
- Making a successful deposit or investment in the below products on Vested will earn you bonuses. The deposit or investment should be made within 30 days of signing up with your friend’s referral code. As part of the Program, you are eligible to earn the bonuses below:
- US Stocks – 5 USD bonus on a minimum first deposit of 50 USD. The bonus will be directly credited to your US Stocks brokerage account
- Edge – Extra 0.5% cashback (in INR) on the first investment. The bonus will be directly credited to your bank account linked during the KYC process for Edge.
- Making a successful deposit or investment in the below products on Vested will earn you bonuses. The deposit or investment should be made within 30 days of signing up with your friend’s referral code. As part of the Program, you are eligible to earn the bonuses below:
- Qualifying as a successful referral
- You will be qualified as a “Successful Referral” on opening a new individual Vested account using the special designated link or code from a referral invitation, and are eligible to receive any of the referral bonuses as above, by depositing funds or investing in US Stocks, Edge, INR Bonds, or Solar using your own funds.
- Your referring friend may receive additional bonuses for every “Successful Referral” they refer and may be eligible to receive additional bonuses for every investment or qualifying criteria for referral bonuses made by their Successful Referrals in US Stocks, Edge, INR Bonds, or Solar.
- Program Modification and Termination
- Vested reserves the right to modify or change the terms of the referral program at any time.
- Vested reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and, to alter or limit the type or amount of bonuses you are eligible to receive and to refuse or recover any promotion award if Vested determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, or that any terms of the Advisory Agreement have been violated.
- Miscellaneous terms
- Vested is not responsible for incorrect entry or other failures on your part to meet standards for qualifying for the bonus.
- You also acknowledge and accept that the individual who referred you to Vested will be notified when you open a Vested account.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other offers and is non-transferable.
