The stock reward will take a minimum of 2 business days (from the date when the funds are deposited in your account) to be credited to your account. The stock reward will be deposited directly in your Vested account. Since receiving this bonus is contingent upon funding your account the first time, ownership of this stock, any profits, loss or financial incentives from the investment will be rightfully yours. The cash that you receive on the sale of your stock reward may be a taxable income to you. You are responsible for any taxes resulting from the sale of your stock reward. The criteria for eligibility to offer users the Stock Reward program is solely on the discretion of Vested. Users who are eligible for the Stock Reward program would receive communication from Vested informing them of their eligibility. Vested is not responsible for incorrect entry or other failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for the bonus. This promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable. Vested reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and to refuse or recover any promotion award if Vested determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, or that any terms of the Advisory Agreement have been violated.
