Virtus Artificial Intelligence & Technology Opportunities Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing across the capital structure in companies across a range of industries and technologies positioned to benefit from the evolution and disruptive power of artificial intelligence and other new technologies. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in a combination of securities issued by artificial intelligence companies and in other companies that stand to benefit from artificial intelligence and other technology opportunities.
