The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a combination of one or more other ETFs that track the performance of the U.S. large-cap equity market (the "Equity Strategy") and total return swaps (the "Total Return Swaps Strategy") to increase the fund"s total return.
