abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end, non-diversified investment management company. The Fund's principal investment objective is to seek current income. The Fund may also achieve incidental capital appreciation. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in Asia-Pacific debt securities, which includes debt securities of Asia-Pacific Country issuers, including securities issued by Asia-Pacific Country governmental entities, as well as by banks, companies and other entities which are located in Asia-Pacific Countries; debt securities of other issuers, denominated in, or linked to, the currency of an Asia-Pacific Country, including securities issued by supranational issuers, such as The World Bank and derivative debt securities that replicate, or substitute for, the currency of an Asia-Pacific Country, and others.
