The Fund's investment objective is to seek maximum total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. It seeks to achieve its investment objective by utilizing a dynamic asset allocation strategy among multiple fixed income sectors in the global credit markets, including corporate debt (including, among other things, fixed-, variable- and floating-rate bonds, loans (including, but not limited to, bank and/or other syndicated loans and non-syndicated (private direct) loans), convertible securities and stressed debt securities issued by United States or foreign (non-United States) corporations or other business entities, and others.
